1. Introduction

  1. This website is owned and operated by Mahoor Jamal. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mahoor Jamal. Mahoor Jamal offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. c. We may need to update our Terms and Conditions from time to time, each time you place an order on our website you will be agreeing to the latest version of our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Our registered office is at Peshawar and is located in Pakistan. Our principal place of business is located in Lahore.

3. What you are agreeing to by using our website

  1. Goods
    1. Our Return and Refund policy:
      1. We operate a no return and no refund policy except where the goods you receive are different from what you have ordered on our website or defective or damaged.
      2. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage.
      3. We only accept returns of goods within 28 days of you placing an order through our website.
      4. Goods that are returned to us must be in a condition that they can be sold again.
      5. We will credit any refund for any goods returned that are in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
      6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    2. Our Shipping policy:

We provide global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 3 to 6 days in the UK/Europe, in 4 to 7 days in North America, and 7 to 9 days in Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary – please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, and DHL.

3. Customs

We have duty-free delivery to the US, UK and EU.

Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

4. Services

    1. We operate a no-refund policy except where the services you receive are different from what you have ordered on our website.
    2. We may choose to provide you with a refund if you have not used the services.

5. When we may not process your order

We reserve the right to not process an order that you place on our website. This is usually for the following reasons:

    1. We no longer hold stock of the goods or services that you ordered from us. 
    2. We are unable to ship goods to your location. 
    3. The goods or services that you have ordered are no longer available. 
    4. Any reason outside of our control.

6. Our liability to you 

We represent that the goods or services you order fit the description that we have made available on our website and that in the case of goods, these will be delivered to you as described in our shipping policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may be able to cancel or amend your order prior to us commencing production of your goods and receive a refund. Please contact us at mahoorjmgmt@gmail.com as soon as possible to determine whether you are able to cancel or amend your order. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the goods, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

However, unless agreed by us, the cancellation right does not apply in the case of:

  1. where good have commenced production; and
  2. bespoke goods or made to measure/order goods.

8. Exchange Policy

  1. We offer exchange only if the goods you receive are different from what you have ordered on our website or defective/ damaged.
  2. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please email us at mahoorjmgmt@gmail.com within 48 hours with pictures of the damage, along with a proof of purchase.
  3. We only exchange goods within 28 days of you placing an order through our website.
  4. Goods that are exchanged must be in a condition that they can be sold again.

9. Governing Law

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Lahore (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
